Safer Watch: We are pleased to announce that early in 2012 we will be adding Safer Watch as a feature for existing Loadsurfer members. This new tool will give brokers added security by providing them with safety and authority data, including carrier insurance and authorities at-a-glance.
Email Notification Improvements: Carriers can look forward to our soon-to-be-revamped email notification system, with new capabilities that allow you to:
- Get leads inbound and outbound from multiple locations
- Set email alerts that specify preferences such as equipment type and timeliness of post
- Determine how often email alerts arrive to your inbox
- And more…
Loadsurfer Communities: We recently launched Loadsurfer Communities (LSC), a feature that allows members to create private online trading communities within the broader Loadsurfer network. 2012 will see this product implemented in earnest. This feature is included at no cost to existing Loadsurfer members and our customer service team is more than happy to help you set it up! More information about LSC can be found in this short video.
